My Story
My journey into this work has been shaped by both personal experience and professional dedication. As a wife and mother of three, I’ve experienced the challenges that come when a loved one struggles with substance use. During those years, managing the emotional and relational dynamics of our family was incredibly difficult, and it gave me a deep understanding of how addiction and mental health impact not just individuals—but entire families.

Professionally, I’ve spent over eight years working in large residential and outpatient treatment settings, gaining a strong foundation in clinical care and systems-based approaches. I founded this practice to bring that same level of quality into a more personalized, client-centered environment—where people feel truly seen and supported. I have been professionally trained in EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, and Crisis Intervention.
In addition to working with individuals and families, I also partner with other organizations to provide clinical trainings, program evaluations, and clinical supervision. My goal in this work is to help strengthen the delivery of mental health and addiction services across the field—ensuring that providers have the tools, support, and guidance they need to offer the highest standard of care.
Whether you’re navigating your own healing or working to support others professionally, my mission is to help create spaces where growth, connection, and lasting change are truly possible.
