A Substance Use Evaluation is a private conversation with a trained professional to better understand how alcohol or drug use may be affecting your health, relationships, work, school, or daily life. During the evaluation, we will discuss your substance-use history, current concerns, physical and mental health, support system, and personal goals. This information helps us identify your strengths, determine your needs, and recommend the most appropriate level of care. Recommendations may include education, individual or group therapy, an intensive outpatient program, residential treatment, or connections to other helpful services. Our goal is to provide respectful, judgment-free guidance and help you take the next step toward improved health, stability, and recovery.
