Our Substance Use Evaluation is a confidential, comprehensive assessment designed to understand an individual’s relationship with drugs or alcohol. Whether court-ordered, recommended by an employer, or self-initiated, this evaluation helps identify patterns of use, assess risk levels, and determine the most appropriate next steps—if any are needed.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not notify us within 24 hours of your appointment you wish to cancel you could be charged a $50 cancelation fee.
